1.      This is a complaint under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 USC ß 552
as amended, to order the production of documents and records requested by
Defendant that are held by Plaintiff federal agency.

2.      Defendant  Robert Christophel is a citizen and legal resident of the state of Colorado.

Plaintiff has possession and control over the records and documents sought by Defendant, Plaintiff has refused to comply with Defendant lawful request and to obey the clear mandate of the FOIA.

3.      This Court has jurisdiction over this action pursuant to FOIA 5 USC ß 552
(a)(4)(B) and 28 USC 1361, and 1402.

4.      On or about 1999 Defendant Robert Christophel requested from the Plaintiff all records and documents pertaining to: Robert Christophel at the time received no information then a denial, Plaintiff failed to comply with the spirit of the law

A.      This is NOT just a misdemeanor DUI – marijuana case as the district attorney would have you to believe but reflects a life time of sabotage and subversion of the USA Constitution 1st Amendment and 2nd Amendment rights

B.      Or I would like the court to direct the DEA, CIA, and FBI to sign an affidavit  that they had no knowledge or involvement in this case

6.   The Defendant has traveled extensively 32 different countries, worked in the travel Industry and coming from a state that would give life in prison for a small amount of Cannabis, this case will prove that they have knowingly subverted the true science of cannabis and have trampled the rights of Americans in a war they knew is fraud

7. Defendant requests only copies of all documents dealing with unlawful and wrongful actions of the DEA  FBI and CIA 

C.8.This case is directly linked to a life time of denying the Defendant his right to due process his right to practice his religion and honor the first page of the Christian bible, God saw what was made and it was good, the power over the plants and animals and

7.      Defendants has a statutory right to the requested records and Plaintiff has no legal basis for its refusal to disclose them to him. Plaintiff agency has acted in a wrongful, intentional and willful manner and defendant was damaged as a result of plaintiff’s refusal and failure. Defendant  has exhausted his administrative remedies, and defendant is entitled pursuant to law, to inspect and copy the requested documents.

Defendant is entitled to sanctions against plaintiff, damages, attorney’s fees, out-of-pocket expenses and cost since the start of this illegal harassment and their fraud war
WHEREFORE, defendant  prays that this Court:
1.      Declare that the plaintiffs refusal to disclose the requested records is unlawful.
2.      Order the plaintiff to make the requested records available to defendant Robert Christophel.
3.      Declare that records of the unlawful or illegal activities of the federal agencies are not protected by any exemption of the FOIA.
4.      Award defendant costs, fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and attorney’s fees in this action.
5.      Grant such other and further relief which is just and proper.

**To be perfectly clear, this essay will not discuss the matter of “true religion”, thus there will be no distinction made between any religion or lack thereof. The terms religion and belief will represent all aspects of religion, spirituality, belief, non-belief, myth, and philosophical viewpoints as they pertain to the matter at hand.**
There are few subjects that move humans to such passionate debate as religion. Indeed, history proves that men and women alike from every stance of belief are more than willing to suffer, die and kill in the name of their respective beliefs. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that there are, in the depths of every belief, those who hold true to themselves, the idea that their belief is the truth and thus their society should be governed by it.
However, the problem persists that all beliefs are constructed with faith as its foundation. Faith requires the belief without supporting evidence, it requires one to live their entire lives for a cause, one that may never reveal itself as either true or good. Therefore, as a good critic would not be inclined to trust government to be always good, no society, especially one as secular and diverse as these United States, can unitedly trust in any one religion to govern them.
The separation of church and state is a vital tenant to producing a peaceful and resolute society. There are far too many differences between beliefs for one religion to dominate over a government intended to be representative of all people. This is not a difficult idea to comprehend. One only has to think if they would feel they live in a just society if their government were dictated by another person’s religion. To this question all people, who are of rational mind, would say no. Thus, if one refuses to live under the rule of another’s religion, social etiquette dictates that they should not then propose their own religion as a source of government foundation. There is an argument to be made that the religion of the majority should be the religion of the state. To this proposal I declare that religion is not a matter of democracy and has never been. Until the time comes when people elect their gods, the religion of the majority is no different than the religion of any minority as it pertains to this matter. Further, a just society is one that benefits all members of that society. Establishing any religion, even the religion of the majority, as a state religion produces an unjust society for those who dissent.
I make no statement as to whether religion is good or bad for a society. There are indeed many examples of both and to get into such a discussion would undermine the intent of this essay. The fact is that there are scores of people who find religion and/or belief necessary. And as liberty is foundational to a just society, government must protect the individual right to participate in any religion, belief or non-belief. It does not matter if that belief is practiced in private or in assembled communities so long as the natural and protected rights of other individuals are not infringed upon. This is the sole role of government as it pertains to the matter at hand.

It is easy to find the fallacy of one mans religion it is more difficult to find the good, to find the common ground, let those be that will be let those that won’t be, be. A true Christian leads my example not by dictatorship, science doesn’t disprove but proves the existence of powers far greater than man and man has yet to even explore the universes. The great documents passed on down from millennium by word of mouth sometimes interpreted by barbarian only show a fraction of what we still have to learn, science has always claimed now they know, now they have it all figured out only to learn later they knew nothing, before we pass judgment, let’s look for the common ground for we all have a part right and a part wrong in our beliefs and our science.

facial recognition blindness, when people justify doing their evil deeds to someone who snubbed them, every one has some type of handicap some social emotional or physical some are more noticeable than others some are temporary, ie.. blinded by hate or jealousy we all have a cross to bear nothing is ever perfect but we must do our best with the resources and information we have available to make our lives and those around us a little bit better regardless of someones vice,or his handicap visible or not
